My Promise
Two words. One standard, on every job.
Forged metal is shaped under intense heat and pressure into something stronger than its raw form. I treat every client relationship, and every job, the same way. That is where the name comes from and where the two halves of the promise come from.
Forge Trust
Trust is not given in the service industry. It is hammered out and earned through consistent, honest action: transparent pricing, showing up when I say I will and treating your home or business with respect. No hidden fees, no cut corners, clear communication from start to finish.
Power Reliability
Electricity is the lifeblood of your daily routine or your business, and when it fails everything stops. I design, install and service electrical systems so well you forget they are there: premium materials, expert craftsmanship and work done right the first time.
Why the master license matters to you
Wyoming licenses the electrical trade at the state level, and a Master Electrician is the level that can pull permits and sign off on work independently. A lot of small electrical outfits rent that signature from an outside master of record, which means your job waits on somebody who has never seen it. I hold the license myself, so permits, inspections and accountability all stay in one place.
- Permits pulled in house so your inspection date does not slip.
- Faster, more accurate diagnosis on complex or unusual electrical problems.
- Every person on site is licensed and supervised. No apprentice working alone.
- Written terms before work starts, covering price, payment, warranty and what happens if something goes wrong.
How I got into the trade
I did not grow up planning to be an electrician. I spent two years in college in Laramie before deciding I wanted a trade instead of a degree, and electrical is the one that stuck. Twelve years later I have wired residential custom homes from the ground up and spent the years since moving to Gillette doing industrial work in the oilfield, which is where you learn quickly that a connection either holds under load or it does not.
I am originally from Douglas, so northeast Wyoming is home rather than a territory on a map. I started Forged Electric to give this community electrical work it can trust: a written quote before anything starts, written terms you can read before you commit and a licensed electrician on site instead of whoever happened to be available that morning. That is the whole reason the company exists.

How working with me goes
- You call or send the details. Describe the problem or the project. I respond by phone or email, usually the same business day.
- I look at it. Service calls carry a $150 first-hour diagnostic charge, credited toward the job if you approve quoted work during the same visit. Planned projects get a site visit and a scope.
- You get a written quote. A defined scope at a defined price, plus the Customer Service Agreement so you can read the terms before committing to anything.
- The work gets done. Permits pulled where required, licensed personnel only, and the job left clean.
- You are covered for a year. One year workmanship warranty, with manufacturer warranties on equipment passing through to you.
